Douglas V. Sagers

WHEN INTEGRITY MATTERS
I’m Resolute in my belief that government at every level is to be the servant of the people. We cannot allow our freedoms to erode to the point where we are subservient to any governmental entity.
LIMITED GOVERNMENT
I believe that our God given freedoms are threatened by an out-of- control-federal government that puts political expediency and self-preservation before the needs of the American people.
PERSONAL LIBERTY
I’ve worked diligently to do everything within my power to assure that our children and future generations will have the same freedoms and liberties we enjoy today and with your support will continue to do so.
ACCOUNTABILITY
In an age where liberty is threatened   at unprecedented levels, I am committed to the exercise of all action that will protect our divinely endowed rights.

It's About Trust

I’m grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to represent the people of Tooele County in the State Legislature. I believe that my service  has strengthen our County and State.

I realized years ago that public service is not easy, and that anyone who undertakes the responsibilities associated with this service must be prepared for long arduous days, sleepless nights, and at times stinging criticism.  I also recognized that despite the many challenges one faces in this endeavor that there are blessings for those who were steadfast in their beliefs and honor the will of those they were chosen to serve.

I’ve worked diligently to assure that the faith you placed in me to serve your interests was paramount in each and every vote cast, each time I spoke on the House Floor, and at all times when I was acting as your State Representative.
